We typically require about 1-2 hours for setup before the event starts, depending on the complexity of the setup and the services you've booked. If you need us to be ready at least an hour before the event, please let us know in advance, and we’ll ensure everything is set up and ready on time.
Yes, we do require a signed contract to secure our services for your event. The contract outlines all the details, including the services provided, payment terms, and our cancellation policy. This ensures that both parties are clear on the terms and helps us deliver the best experience for your event.
At the event, guests can have their pictures taken using our 360 photo booth or selfie station. The pictures will be available immediately and can be sent directly to your guests via SMS/text or email. After the event, you’ll receive a link to photoshare.co, where you can download all the photos taken at your event.
